The Georgian Triangle Real Estate Board covers a significant geographical area reaching from the northeast corner of Tiny Township through to the northwest corner of the Municipality of Meaford and includes Springwater Township, Town of Wasaga Beach, Clearview Township, Mulmur Township, Town of Collingwood, The Blue Mountains and Grey Highlands. Perhaps more common are the names of local communities and landmarks including Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Stayner, Nottawa, Duntroon, Intrawest/Blue Mountain Resort, Craigleith, Thornbury, the Bruce Trail and the Niagara Escarpment. A large part of the area follows the southern shoreline of Georgian Bay!
Each of the above areas in their own way contribute to making up one of the most attractive and desirable areas in Canada, and to quote the Town of Collingwood's motto "Since 1858 A Place To Live, Work & Play!".
The area is probably best known to many as the ski capital of Ontario or perhaps home to the annual Collingwood Elvis Festival. However, as most people have come to learn and experience the area offers some of the finest year round recreation, cultural activities and culinary delights!
